Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the US.
US orders will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage First-Class Mail by default. Priority Mail is available upon request, please contact me for details.
Shipping options
LETTERMAIL (NO TRACKING)
Applies to sticker orders only. Shipped in stamped envelopes. If you wish to upgrade to tracked mail please select the Standard Shipping option instead.
STANDARD SHIPPING (WITH TRACKING)
This applies to orders that consist of charms, sticker mystery bags, and larger orders mixed with flat and non-flat items that are packaged in bubble mailers. Prints are packaged in flat mailers.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-7 business days after it is placed.
When will I receive my order?
US orders are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Unforeseen events may affect delivery schedule, if you wish to purchase express shipping please contact me.
Can I change my address?
If your order has not been shipped/packed, please contact me with the updated address!
If you have bought a preorder item and you are moving, feel free to contact me to hold onto your order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations?
Cancellations are not accepted.
Returns/exchanges are only available if I have sent the wrong item.
What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
For LOST or DAMAGED packages, please contact me for me to help you with the claims/refund process.
Please note, I am not responsible for STOLEN packages.
Please contact your local post office and/or file a police report regarding the theft.
